Welcome to a site that celebrates the Renault estafette! The affordable alternative to a VW Bus or Citroen H van.
Through this site we hope to bring you links to resources, tips and information for restoring and keeping your Renault Estafette on the road. In the UK they are rarer than Volkwagen Campers and Citroen H Vans! We hope to track down all the Estafettes that presently survive in the UK and keep an eye on the new ones as they arrive.
For FACEBOOK users, there is a very active UK group called Renault Estafette which contains lots of tips and an active group of members who are actively restoring and enhancing their 'fettes. A new forum for english speaking 'fette fans is just starting at www.myestafette.co.uk
In the coming months we'll be adding information as we work on our Estafette and learn more about them ourselves. Information is welcome from anyone with an interest in these rare classics, especially the owners who have had them for years here in the UK.
PS The Renault Estafette is rapidly on the way up in value, so it's time to invest in a cheap one whilst you can! Even the dealer prices are cheap at the moment, but with interest in them across Europe rising in France, Holland and Germany, they are well on the way to cult status and set to become more expensive to buy!
